Who we are
Jan Hansen – CEO
Jan has been in the hearing care business for 13 years and during this time he has often encountered hearing aid dispensers complaining about expensive and out of date fitting systems requiring a lot of maintenance and long periods of downtime at calibration. Thus the idea of an all inclusive rental concept was born and not long after Real Ear became a reality.

Franz Bockelbessmann – Support and Customer Care (Germany)
The main German contact for support is Franz, who is situated out of Telgte in Germany. Franz also has many years of experience in the hearing care business, working with customer support in a large hearing aid company. Arne is responsible for 2nd line support and for Support and Customer Care outside of Germany. For numerous years, Arne has worked with similar tasks in the hearing care business and he has great experience in supporting customers in the technical challenges of running a dispenser shop. Arne’s simple goal is to make life easier for our customers.
