Terms and Conditions

  •  The rental period runs from the date when Real Ear ships the equipment to the customer
  • Real Ear ships the equipment free of charge no later than 5 days after receiving the order
  • The rental fee must be paid in advanced
  • The rental agreement is automatically terminated at the rental period's expiration date
  • The rented equipment has to be returned (free of charge) to Real Ear when the rental agreement expires
  • If the equipment is faulty, it will be repaired or exchanged free of charge

Start shopping

The shopping process consists of three easy steps:

  1. Select the needed Modules – the modules will contain all the necessary parts for getting started.
  2. Order additional Real Ear Headsets for audiometry e.g. high frequency if needed.
  3. Order Accessories and Consumables needed for setting up and using the Primus Fitting System in your specific shop environment.

When you are ready to finalise the shopping process, you need to create a user account. Your personal account will provide you with all the needed purchasing information and ensure you fast and efficient support.
